At American Express Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a credit will be issued to your original American Express card or payment method within 5-7 business days.
